Chief Executive Officer
John is a British Chartered Engineer with over 40 years of experience in technology, operations and strategic management.
John has held a series of executive and board-level roles across listed and private technology companies in sectors including machine monitoring, life sciences and land surveying. He has a strong record of operational delivery, having achieved ISO 9001 and CE certifications, established international distribution networks across China, the USA and South Korea, and driven significant revenue growth.
Viv Hallam
Executive Director
Viv leads operations of the business and represents Paraytec’s parent company Truetide. He is an engineer by background with extensive experience in new product development and building advanced technology companies.
Phil Jepson
Technical Director
Phil leads the development and testing of Paraytec’s instruments. He has an electronics engineering degree and is experienced in flow cytometry, optics and software development.
